ข้อมูลที่เราไม่เก็บ

เก็บนานแค่ไหน และลบอย่างไร
- ข้อมูลในเครื่อง — อยู่จนกว่าคุณจะลบ ไปที่ตั้งค่า › ลบข้อมูลในแอป เพื่อลบประวัติ สถิติ การแจ้งเตือนที่ตั้งไว้ และแคชชั่วคราว (ไม่มีรูปไหนถูกลบ และสิทธิ์สมาชิกยังอยู่) หรือลบแอป PicPop ออกจากเครื่อง ซึ่งจะลบข้อมูลของ PicPop ทั้งหมดในเครื่อง

ข้อมูลส่วนใหญ่ของ PicPop อยู่ในเครื่องคุณ คุณจึงดูและลบได้เองทันที สำหรับข้อมูลการซื้อที่ RevenueCat ส่งคำขอมาที่อีเมลด้านล่างได้ทุกข้อ เราดำเนินการภายใน 30 วันโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย
เด็กและเยาวชน

เว็บไซต์นี้
หน้านี้ไม่ใช้คุกกี้ ไม่มีสคริปต์ และไม่มีระบบเก็บสถิติผู้เข้าชม เว็บไซต์โฮสต์บน Vercel และโหลดฟอนต์จาก Google Fonts ผู้ให้บริการทั้งสองจะเห็นหมายเลข IP ของคุณตามปกติเพื่อส่งหน้าเว็บและฟอนต์
การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

Privacy Policy

Your photos never leave your device.
PicPop analyses your photos and videos entirely on your iPhone. PicPop has no server of its own, no accounts, no ads and no tracking across apps or websites. Your history and statistics stay on your device; we cannot see or access them.
In short
- No account — nothing to sign up for. We never ask for a name, email or phone number.
- 100% on-device processing — finding similar, blurry and dark photos and picking the best shot all use iOS frameworks on your device. No photo, thumbnail, filename or photo metadata is uploaded anywhere.
- No ads, no tracking — no advertising SDK, no third-party analytics SDK, and the app never asks for the advertising identifier (IDFA).
- The only thing that leaves your device is PicPop Club subscription data, which Apple and RevenueCat use to take payment and confirm access (details below). If you never buy or restore a purchase, there is no purchase data to send.
Data kept only on your device
All of this is created and stored on your iPhone and is never sent to us or to any provider.

History and settings may be included in iPhone backups you make yourself (iCloud Backup or a computer), like any app's data. Those copies live in your Apple account; we cannot access them.
Permissions
Photo Library — to show and analyse your photos and videos on the device, to delete the items you confirm, and to save a compressed video as a new file in your library (the original stays until you choose to delete it). Limited ("selected photos") access is fully supported.
Every deletion goes through the standard iOS confirmation, and deleted items land in Recently Deleted for 30 days. If a photo is stored in iCloud Photos, iOS may download it from Apple's iCloud to display or compress it; that happens directly between your device and Apple.
Notifications (optional) — the app asks once during setup; you can tap "Later" and turn reminders on or off at any time in Settings. When on, PicPop reminds you when the library gets cluttered and one day before a trial or membership period ends. Reminders are local notifications whose text and numbers are computed on the device. There is no push server.
PicPop Club subscriptions
Apple handles payment, renewal and refunds under Apple's privacy policy. We never see your card, your name or your Apple ID.
RevenueCat is the service that verifies purchases with the App Store and tells the app whether you are a member. When the app starts its subscription system, RevenueCat receives:

We use RevenueCat's dashboard to see subscription status and membership totals. RevenueCat never receives your photos, history or in-app usage log, and this data is not used for advertising. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
If you choose to share analytics with app developers in iOS Settings, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports. You can change this in Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.
What we never collect
- Photos or videos, full size or thumbnail
- Filenames, capture location, capture date or EXIF data (the app can read these on the device but never sends them anywhere)
- Name, email, phone number or contacts
- Device location
- The advertising identifier (IDFA) or anything used to track you across apps
Retention and deletion
- On your device — kept until you delete it. Settings › ลบข้อมูลในแอป (Delete app data) clears history, statistics, scheduled reminders and temporary caches; no photos are deleted and your membership is unaffected. Deleting the PicPop app removes all of PicPop's data from the device.
- At RevenueCat — kept under RevenueCat's policy so subscriptions and restores work and as a record of purchase. Deleting the app does not remove it. To ask for deletion, email the address below with the Order ID from Apple's receipt email so we can find the record; we act within 30 days.
- At Apple — under Apple's own policy.
You can cancel a subscription yourself in the App Store; no need to contact us. Deleting data does not cancel a subscription.
Your rights
Under Thailand's PDPA (2019) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data; object to or restrict processing; ask for a portable copy; and complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee. Most PicPop data lives on your device, so you can view and delete it yourself at any time. For purchase data held by RevenueCat, email the address below and we will act within 30 days, free of charge.
Children
PicPop is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. The app has no accounts and asks no one for personal details. Purchases go through an Apple ID, so iOS parental controls such as Family Sharing's Ask to Buy apply.
This website
These pages use no cookies, no scripts and no visitor analytics. The site is hosted on Vercel and loads a font from Google Fonts; both see your IP address as a normal part of serving the page and the font.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. If the app is ever going to send new data off the device, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
