Subscription and billing

I paid but do not have access

Open the app › Settings › Restore purchases. If that does not work, check that the device is signed into the same Apple ID you bought with — purchases belong to an Apple ID, not to a device.

New phone, or reinstalled the app

Use Restore purchases in Settings while signed into the original Apple ID. There is no PicPop account or password — PicPop has no accounts.

History and statistics are stored on the device only and never sync between devices. Moving to a new phone by restoring an iPhone backup brings them along; deleting and reinstalling the app starts them afresh. Your membership can always be restored.

Cancelling

Cancel in the App Store directly — no need to contact us: iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions › PicPop › Cancel, or open subscriptions. You keep access until the period you already paid for ends.

Refunds

Refunds are handled entirely by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Using PicPop

Do I need a subscription?

PicPop works with a PicPop Club membership. The monthly plan starts with a 3-day free trial. Already subscribed? Tap “Restore Purchases” on the membership screen.

I deleted a photo by mistake

It is in Photos › Albums › Recently Deleted for 30 days. Recover it there.

The app cannot see all my photos

You granted access to selected photos only. iOS Settings › PicPop › Photos › All Photos, or add more from inside the app.

Does swiping left delete immediately?

No. Swiping left only marks a photo for review. Nothing is deleted until you confirm on the review screen and then confirm again in the iOS system dialog.

Privacy and data

Are my photos uploaded anywhere?

No. PicPop analyses photos 100% on your device, has no accounts and runs no server of its own. History and statistics stay on your device. Details are in the privacy policy.

Deleting PicPop's data

Settings › ลบข้อมูลในแอป (Delete app data) clears history, statistics, scheduled reminders and temporary caches. No photos are deleted and your membership stays. To remove everything PicPop keeps on the device, delete the app.
